Making contact
You describe the problem to us (visible leak or suspicion). We offer you a quick time slot, depending on the emergency. If you have photos, or messages from a neighbor or the agency, we take them too.
Leak search
The plumber methodically inspects: - Connections, welds, joints - Water inlets, hoses, siphons, - Water heater, WC, faucets, built-in pipes In some cases: removal of a cover, furniture or baseboard If there is any doubt, you can also do a pressure test or a partial cut, or even with coloring liquid. If the leak is from a neighboring home or from a common column, you will be told honestly.
Repair (if possible immediately)
If the leak is accessible, we repair in the process: - Replacement of the hose or valve - Soldering or gluing on the pipe - Resealing on the joint or connection - Installation of a plug or a temporary stop valve If it is not repairable in the moment, we secure, we explain and program the following intervention.
Report and advice
You get a clear report with: - What we found - What has been fixed - Before/after photos - Our advice to avoid a recurrence This document can be sent to your insurance company, trustee or owner.
