Making contact
You call us, or you send us a message with a brief description of the problem. If possible, attach one or two photos. We will get back to you quickly with an estimate or a niche proposal.
On-site diagnosis
The network plumber goes on site with his equipment. It identifies the origin of the plug: siphon, accumulation, stuck object, slope problem, or plug further downstream. He explains the situation to you, and what he is going to do.
Unblocking
We use the right tools depending on the problem: - Manual pump or pressure - Mechanical or electric ferret - High pressure cleaning (if required) - Disassembling and cleaning the siphon
Checks and re-commissioning
We check that the water is draining normally. The intervention area is cleaned. We show you the result. If the problem is structural (outdated pipe, insufficient slope, common column), we explain it to you, with supporting photos.
Reporting and billing
You receive a clear report with what has been done, what we have found, and our advice if necessary. The bill is detailed, unsurprisingly. Payment on site or remotely, card, bank transfer or cash. A serious, rapid intervention, and without blah blah.
