Making contact
You contact us via WhatsApp, form or telephone. Ideally, you attach one or two photos of the current water heater. We analyze the situation and offer you a first free estimate within an hour.
Technical visit (if required)
A plumber travels to check accessibility, equipment, condition of installations and compliance. The visit can take place on the same day.
Clear and detailed quotation
We will send you an accurate quote, with no surprise. Everything is explained, line by line. Example: replacement of a 100L wall-mounted water heater, with supply, installation, recycling, relocation = 890 euros including VAT.
Fast intervention (24 to 48 hours in general)
The old water heater is removed, brought up to standard if necessary, and then the new tank is installed. Safety checks are carried out, the site is cleaned and before-and-after photos are taken.
